Managing comments on paid Instagram posts has never been easier! With our latest feature, comments from boosted posts and dark ads are sent directly to the Swat.io Inbox, where you can respond and manage them efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How it works<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
As soon as a comment is posted on a paid post, a ticket is automatically created in the Inbox. Depending on the type of post, the tickets are labeled, so you always know what you\u2019re dealing with at a glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is a small difference between boosted posts and dark ads:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dark Ads<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
For dark ads, a ticket is created in the Inbox as soon as the first comment is posted, just like with organic posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dark ads are only available for users in Medium and higher plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Boosted Posts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
For boosted posts, there are actually two separate entries: the original organic post and a second post created automatically once it\u2019s boosted with a budget. This means that you\u2019ll see two separate tickets in your Inbox if both have comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To keep things organized, we\u2019ve made it easy for you to switch between the two within the same ticket using tabs. The tabs indicate whether you\u2019re currently viewing comments from the organic or boosted post. That\u2019s why there\u2019s also two different Activity Logs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Boosted posts are available in all plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Instagram Ads in Analytics and Reports<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In addition to the visual distinctions in the Inbox, paid posts are also displayed in the reports. This allows you to track how many comments your paid ads have generated and how effective your paid campaigns are performing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note<\/strong>: Paid posts will only appear in the analytics once they receive at least one comment. Without a comment, they cannot be synced with Swat.io.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
