It helps you and your team <strong>stay aligned<\/strong>, as everyone can instantly see which posts are still missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How it works<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In your settings under <em>Workspaces > Publisher > Channels<\/em>, you can easily <strong>add individual Post Slots<\/strong> for your different channels.You can set the weekday, time, and \u2014 <strong>if you&#8217;re on a Medium or higher plan<\/strong> \u2014 also add <strong>tags<\/strong>. Click through our<a href=\"https:\/\/app.arcade.software\/share\/lpsE1dBytjyx9Ypqb1cA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> interactive demo<\/a> to learn the process step-by-step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Post Slots will then appear in your calendar<strong> as placeholders<\/strong>, making it easy to spot which posts still need to be scheduled. The placeholders show up in your calendar on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, if you have a slot set for Monday at 9:00 AM for Instagram and you schedule a post for that channel and time, the slot will be <strong>considered filled<\/strong> and will <strong>disappear from your calendar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> The Post Slot is determined solely by the time (<strong>weekday + time<\/strong>) and the channel. Just keep in mind: too many slots can clutter your calendar, so it\u2019s best not to overdo it. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Post Slots can\u2019t be created for the same day. For example, if it\u2019s Tuesday at 10:00 AM and you create a new slot for Tuesday at 1:00 PM, it will only appear the following Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your benefit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With Post Slots, we want to better <strong>support you in your editorial planning<\/strong>, so no posts gets overlooked.
