For exactly those moments, we&#8217;re extending the Swat.io Inbox AI so it delivers <strong>real value to your day-to-da<\/strong>y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the new AI Replies, <strong>two reply suggestions show up automatically<\/strong> the moment you click &#8220;Reply&#8221;, tuned to the channel, the conversation, and how your team usually sounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So you can <strong>reply faster<\/strong> and <strong>always stay on-brand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our update makes things <strong>noticeably smarter<\/strong>. So you won&#8217;t have to shorten any of the suggestions before sending them out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The AI <strong>understands the intent<\/strong> behind each comment. That&#8217;s why questions are answered in more depth by default than, say, opinion-style comments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The AI <strong>keeps learning in the background<\/strong>. It regularly looks at your comments and messages and continuously adapts how the suggestions sound and what they contain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also disable the automatic reply suggestions in the settings for each channel if you want. Once they\u2019re turned off, the old \u201cHelp me reply\u201d button will reappear in your tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The setup: your AI Reply instructions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For AI Replies to truly sound like your brand, you should set your<strong> Reply instructions per channel.<\/strong> This is the lever with the biggest difference in the result. You&#8217;ll find the setting under <strong>Settings \u2192 Channels \u2192 select channel \u2192 AI Replies instructions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also find an <strong>input field for \u201cGeneral Knowledge\u201d <\/strong>in the channel settings under the AI default settings.
