Comment list for efficient community management

With this feature, screening, responding to, and organizing comments has never been faster!

Whether you regularly handle large volumes of comments or simply want to spend less time on community management, our brand-new comment list offers a quick and efficient workflow for your tasks.

Previously, managing many comments meant a lot of clicks. To handle them, you had to open each ticket, scroll, close it, and repeat until you were done with all the comments.

Why is it about the Comment list?

To save you clicks, scrolling, and valuable time, you’ll find – as the name suggests – all comments in a single list, regardless of which ticket they belong to. In this list view, you have access to familiar quick actions like archiving, hiding, liking (depending on the platform), and more. You’ll likely be able to handle most comments directly in this view.

If you ever need more context, you can easily display the corresponding ticket, including the post. No new page will open – instead, a handy side panel appears. This way, you no longer need to switch back and forth between tickets, as everything is in one place.

The side panel in the Comment list

When you open the side panel, the first tab shows you not only the post and other related comments but also gives you the option to assign the ticket to colleagues or add tags. Additionally, you can switch to other tabs in the side panel to access more ticket details, such as the activity log.

Respond even faster

Clicking the reply button in the list view takes you straight to the text field in the side panel, where you can provide your feedback immediately. You’ll also have access to AI tools or templates to reply as you usually do.
