Drafts in Swat.io

We are excited to introduce our latest feature: Drafts. From now on, you can conveniently save and manage all ideas for upcoming posts within the Swat.io Publisher.

What can you expect?

• New Section: A brand-new section dedicated to your drafts, easily accessible through the Publisher navigation.
• Gathering Ideas: Here, you can gather all your ideas for future posts and save your notes for editorial planning.
• Quick Creation: Generating ideas is fast and straightforward through the input window. Each draft can include up to 20 images, whether for the post itself or as screenshots for inspiration.
• Easy Editing:
  • While editing your drafts, you have a large text field at your disposal to collect and organize your thoughts, keeping everything in perspective.
  • Uploaded images can be sorted and displayed as desired.

How does it work?

• From Draft to Post: Once you’ve completed your draft and set a fixed time for posting, you can effortlessly transform it into a post.

• From Post to Draft: The feature also allows the reverse process. For example, if you want to reuse a previously published post but haven’t set a specific time for posting yet, you can simply click on “Generate Draft” in the composer to create a draft using the inputs from the post.

Limitations:

• Currently, only images are allowed in drafts.
• Anyone with access to the calendar can view and/or create drafts.
• A maximum of 20 images per draft is allowed.
