More InformationHow it works:
All users on our S, M, and L plans will now find a new section called “Library” in the navigation.
Easy uploads: Add your files directly to the Library – either from your local device, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
Structured discovery: Assign custom labels to your assets so you can easily filter and search them later.
Already published? No problem: Import assets from past posts into your Library and reuse them as often as you like.
Team access: All members of your workspace can access the entire Library – no extra permissions needed.
Also in the Inbox: When replying to Facebook messages, you can even use images from the Assets Library.
Your benefits:
🔍 Less searching: No more countless tabs, scattered files, or unclear permissions. The Swat.io Assets Library gives you one central place for your social media content.
🤝 Perfect for teams: Every workspace member has access to all assets. That means no more sharing requests, duplicate folders, or outdated files.
🚀 Efficient for Social SEO: When you upload your images, AI-generated image descriptions are added automatically. You can adjust them according to the keywords relevant for the image, and they’ll be applied every time you post.
♻️ Get more out of your content: Over time, every company builds up a huge amount of content. Finding specific assets later can be tough. With Swat.io, you can easily search published media, recycle it, and always stay on top of your library. Additionally, you can adjust your assets with our built-in editor.
✨ Goodbye complex folder structures: In the Swat.io Library, you can organize media using labels. One asset can have multiple labels and belong to different themes – no need to decide on one single folder or duplicate files across several.
