Comment list now directly in your tickets

When a post receives many comments, things can quickly become overwhelming.
What’s negative? What has already been automatically hidden by AI? And what still requires your attention?

We’ve now brought the functionality of the Comment List directly into your tickets, so you can work even faster there — structured, compact, and filterable.

How it works

In tickets for posts with comments, you’ll now find a second tab: “Comment List.”

There, all comments for the respective post are displayed in chronological order. Unlike the regular ticket view, this tab allows you to filter comments by sentiment and status — helping you establish the perfect workflow for your needs.

These filters are available:

  • All comments
  • Sentiment: Postive
  • Sentiment: Negative
  • Sentiment: Neutral
  • No Sentiment
  • Unread only
  • Read only
  • Action required
  • Auto-Hidden

Your benefit

  1. Work faster: Filter specifically by sentiment or status and process comments in a structured way.
  2. Work with priorities: See at a glance what’s critical and address it first.
  3. Transparency in moderation: Easily track which comments have already been processed or automatically hidden by AI.

Especially when comment volume is high, this means less chaos and more flow.

This feature is available in all L and Custom plans.
