Insights update: More transparency for Inbox, Publisher & Tags

With this release, we are significantly expanding your Insights – giving you more clarity in your workflows, better control in community management, and more informed decision-making in publishing.

From now on, new Explorer pages and additional options for custom dashboards are available to you.

How it works

More clarity through Tag Insights

Tags are much more than simple categorization. With this update, you can now systematically analyze them.

You now have a dedicated Tags Explorer page and can use relevant tag metrics in your custom dashboards.

This allows you to, for example:

  • identify which topics appear most frequently
  • analyze which content strategically dominates
  • see how many posts are assigned to specific categories
  • evaluate topic clusters based on data

Especially for content strategy, tagging becomes measurable instead of purely organizational. In addition, the widgets from the Tags Explorer page are now available in custom dashboards.

This feature is available for M, L, and Custom users.

Expanded Inbox Insights

We have significantly expanded Inbox analytics – not only in the Explorer pages but also in custom dashboards.

With the new Inbox Explorer page, you get a comprehensive view of:

  • ticket volume
  • assignments
  • response times
  • resolution times
  • reopened tickets
  • reply volume

This means:

  • You can identify team overload early.
  • You can see whether responsibilities are clearly structured.
  • You can evaluate quality and speed in relation to each other.
  • You can make community management fully measurable for the first time.

This feature is only available for L and Custom users in the Inbox.

Expanded Publisher Insights

We have also expanded analytics in the Publisher area.

With the new Publisher Explorer page and its related widgets and metrics, you can, among other things:

  • gain more transparency into publishing workflows
  • compare created and published posts across channels
  • analyze assignments and approval processes
  • make median approval times visible

This not only shows what was published, but also how efficiently your internal processes are working.

This feature is only available for L and Custom users.
